We are four people and went to kota with a purpose of studies and hostel. On reaching hotel the pride we were provided with two room, my first impression was that the rooms are dirty, and sheets were not clean, in one room i could see spots or stains on them and in the other the entire bed had a strange smell of sweat like it was used right before we booked for it, though i am not claiming that it was but it had a weird smell and so yea it seemed as if it was used, they don’t come for cleaning the room either. We asked them to change the sheets and had to wait more than an hour just to get the sheets changed to new ones. In the morning, I was hoping to go to the restaurant on this hotel and have a breakfast, but the restaurant wasn’t clean either so we decided to get it room serviced. They told it will be provided with in 30 mins but they came late and moreover when they came they only bought 2 plates with 6 parathas only. We had asked for 4 people whereas we got food for 3 people only. Also, if you get a room in the first floor, you could be constantly disturbed by the sound of people cleaning dishes, making conversations, the ac makes thudding noise. We also didn’t get any towels in the room, though i assume that it should be a part of the hotel room service to any new guest. In my opinion, location wise it is good, if you wish to stay here for a short while to drop someone off or explore the place near the Allen academy and spend some time in the beautiful park then yes it’s understandable, but in regard to anything else it’s not worth it, though it is adjustable but overtime you might get frustrated with how slow and unclean it is here.
