The rooms have very dirty smelling pillows that stink the entire room. I asked for a room change, same issue there two. I asked for bedding change, it was rejected. I checked in at 1 AM and am tired of the travel and just want to sleep off. They offered me a refund and asked me to leave, where would I go looking for a room at 2 AM in the morning

It is on very lovely location and very expensive prize room and food service is excellent if anyone goes to Rishikesh must try Hotel the 7 Seas Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
