Had a bad experience with the front office team. I had booked for two days through Make my trip. I had to cancel one day due to an emergency and postpone my trip for another 3 days in the same week. Make my trip agreed to do the adjustment if the hotel agrees. Hotel completely denied to assist despite them getting additional two rooms of revenue for them. As per Make my trip rule, they can do it if Hotel agrees. Despite calling and spending a good 30 minutes, lost one day tariff for no reason due to callous approach of the hotel staff. Would not recommend especially when there is an emergency. All this is despite staying at the same hotel for the last 3 to 4 years. Service: 1

Upon reviewing your records, I see that your booking was from October 21st to 23rd, and you checked in on the 21st. Following your check-in, you requested to cancel the second night. I would like to clarify that, according to the cancellation policy provided by Go-MMT, cancellations made on the same day or after check-in are subject to a cancellation fee. While we made an effort to accommodate your cancellation request as a special consideration—particularly as you intended to make another reservation for upcoming dates—we did not receive a follow-up response from you after our inquiry. Additionally, we requested that you ask Go-MMT to contact us directly to facilitate the cancellation without incurring commission fees, but we did not receive any correspondence on this matter. We greatly value your loyalty over the past few years and sincerely hope to have the opportunity to improve your experience during your next visit.
