My Worst Dining Experience. I have been there a couple of times. Earlier the service was ok but subsequently the service and quality of food is below average. Also, the Management is very poor in this hotel as per my personal experience. When you ask them whether Mutton is available, they will say that Yes mutton plate is available and will charge you for the same. But after paying, the service staffs will tell you that mutton is not available only fish or broiler chicken is available. And you will have to go again to the Counter and change the menu and get a refund, which it seems is a business strategy so as to not let the customer's to leave the said Hotel and go to any other hotel as many customers come from long journeys and are basically too tired to search for another hotel in the vicinity. I have experienced it multiple times. Last time I confronted them openly and asked the reason behind this practice and they answered that they don't know what items are being prepared inside the kitchen and what items are actually available, which I found is a totally rubbish and utterly foolish statement. And they will try to justify their unethical practice by making several different illogical statements that too very cleverly. I promised myself that I will never dine at this Hotel ever in my life.
I got very rude behavior from the employee of the cash counter of Hotel Susuma . They are not customer friendly . I will never go there in future . Hotel Susuma ,you need to modify your behaviour .
