The only thing that disappoints when you come to this bar is the attentive staff. Fine service is something visitors agree upon here. But Hotel Suryalok is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the service was unprofessional, and the staff seemed disinterested in helping guests. The rooms were in terrible condition—unclean, with a foul smell, and the bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been changed in ages. The bathroom was even worse, with leaky taps, broken fixtures, and poor drainage. The food was below average, overpriced, and took forever to arrive. On top of that, the hotel was extremely noisy, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Definitely not worth the money. I would never stay here again and would advise others to avoid it at all costs! Service: 1

Everything was good the food was great but the quality of the mattress is not up to the mark instead of placing the bed sheet I personally saw duvet cover on my bed and rest everything fine Service: 3

Perfect and comfortable rooms, and specially thanks for jazz club in hotel Suryalok. Nice place for hangout in Saharanpur. Highly recommended. Good luck
