Parking facility is not upto the mark. Spa is ok but therepist behaviour is very annoyed. Food is good.

Hotel Surya, Kaiser Palace, Varanasi – A Delightful Stay with Room for Improvement Our recent stay at Hotel Surya, Kaiser Palace in Varanasi was quite enjoyable, particularly in their duplex suite, which provided the perfect space for a family getaway. With separate living quarters for everyone and a cozy lounge area, we found ourselves spending most of our time together in comfort. Dining Experience The hotel offers two restaurants, both of which were impressive, with the downstairs one standing out for its ambiance and menu variety. However, the breakfast selection could use some improvement. While the South Indian options and eggs were well-prepared, a wider range of non-vegetarian dishes and more live cooking stations would enhance the experience significantly. Ambiance & Amenities The greenery and outdoor spaces added a refreshing touch to our stay, creating a peaceful atmosphere. However, one aspect that could be improved is the lighting in the living quarters. In some areas, it felt a bit dim, which slightly affected the overall comfort. Service & Hospitality One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service. The room service staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, treating us with warmth and hospitality that felt like family. The reception and front desk were equally helpful, providing valuable local insights that made our visit even more memorable. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Surya, Kaiser Palace offers a wonderful blend of comfort, service, and ambiance, making it an excellent choice for families.
