Very bad food and they charged 100 for delivery..Food quality very bad , in dal there is no pulses, in paneer the chilli is so high, everything thing is so bad....please don't order any food from this restraunt......worst food I ever had.. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For those who are planning to visit Dima Hasao and stay in Dima Hasao town, this place is a must-visit for lunch. If you want Bengali food like rice, dal, sabji, chicken, etc., this is a great option. The owner is also very helpful. He explains everything about the nearby visiting places and even helps arrange an auto for a local sightseeing tour and view point. Food: 5 Service: 5

We visited Hotel Suruchi during our trip to Haflong for having lunch. I would give it 3 out of 5 stars. The hotel is located in a convenient area, making it easy for travellers and local people to visit for food. The restaurant area is simple with normal sitting arrangements. The menu has both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options at a reasonable price. We ordered rice, dal, and chicken curry. The taste was okay (ठीक ठाक), but nothing special to mention. The rice was well-cooked, and the dal had a homely flavour. The chicken curry was slightly oily and spicy, but the quantity was sufficient for one person. The staff were polite but the service was quite slow (দ্রুত সার্ভিস নয়) even though the restaurant was not very crowded at that time. We had to wait around 20-25 minutes for simple food items. Cleanliness was average – tables were clean, but the floor needed better maintenance. The environment was normal, but there was no AC or fan directly above our table, so it felt a little uncomfortable during lunch time. However, the prices are budget-friendly, which is good for daily customers and students. Overall, Hotel Suruchi is okay for casual eating (দৈনন্দিন খাবারের জন্য ভালো) but don’t expect special taste or quick service.
