I recently stayed at Hotel Sudarshan in Gwalior and had a mixed experience. The hotel is conveniently located near major attractions like the Gwalior Fort, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a home-like atmosphere. However, the check-in manager was initially reluctant to accept the late check-out offer I availed through MakeMyTrip, which was a bit disappointing. I did not use the Wi-Fi or parking, so I can't comment on those aspects. The bathroom curtain was not clean, and it was difficult to latch the door. The restaurant was not family friendly as it had an attached bar, as informed by the check-in manager. I availed their room service facility for food, which was great. However, when I took a parcel on the day of check-out, the food was average. Overall, the hotel has potential, but there are areas that need improvement.
