I happened to visit Sri Saravana Bhavan hotel located in Arakkonam seeing the ratings and review. The staffs are not customer friendly. They are full of attitude and when we asked for extra plate for which we were ready to pay they refused to give us. When we asked them about it they came for an argument and the person sitting in the cash counter was watching just like that rather solving the dispute. Not at all recommended for any tourists visiting this hotel. Food is of average taste and they are not ready to serve their customers. Too arrogant and full of bad attitude. Kindly avoid visiting. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
