Seeing it's attractive hoardings
Got carried away when they advertised that there is buffet and what not
After going there we realized that there are only Thalis - south Indian and north Indian
As we had no option , we ordered for both types
North Indian thali had no soup which is mandatory
The rice which they served seemed as if it's taken out from refrigerator
Potatoes were half cooked
And the food tasted stale as if it was previous night's
Only after persistently asking, they served slowly the good Ice-cream and desserts were served only upon asking
The waiters were very unprofessional and untrained
Upon complaining regarding the food quality and the service , instead of apologizing , the management spoke rudely on us
They asked us to get out and said inorder to avoid paying our bill, we are complaining
They started behaving rudely and said they are not bothered about their reputation etc
We had been to so many different hotels all over the world to taste various cuisines
Never did we face such an incident
Hotel business mainly rests on hospitality
Then comes it's quality followed by the taste and then the advertising
Sorry to say that Hotel Kubeera , Himayatnagar just followed the last step forgetting the first three
I will for sure never visit that restaurant and I don't want to recommend any food lovers who expect little courtesy and decency from the management to have such bitter experience.
the waiters don't have uniform....
they switch tv on with music channels.....
Its a little annoying.....
May not recommended....
