I’ve had a consistently disappointing experience with Hotel Guru Amuthas. The food packing is careless and often results in a mess during delivery. When the issue is raised, instead of taking responsibility, the staff respond rudely and with zero respect for the customer. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to acknowledge their own mistakes are extremely frustrating. What’s worse is that this isn’t a one-time issue — it has happened multiple times. They’re quick to blame the delivery app instead of improving their own service. Overall, this is the worst customer experience I’ve had with any restaurant. I strongly recommend avoiding Guru Amuthas if you care about quality service and basic customer respect.

Gave spoiled coconut chutney... even after complaining they said they are busy
When we asked they said, it's because of crowd..
