Many people underline that the staff is gracious at this restaurant. Fine service is something visitors agree upon here. However, CUSTOMER'S FACILITY of UPI payment IS BEING REFUSED.
Please need your investigation and necessary actions on below issues which I am facing daily....
1. staff in cash counter not willing to attend UPI payment via Google pay.
2. Different reasons are told by different staffs such as , UPI pay system is disconnected, only cash allowed, net work problem, and owner's information for not allowing UPI, etc... and so on.
3. Finally Unwillingly attending the customer for payment via UPI.
Nowadays I am very disturbed whenever I come to have food to your hotel.
