The only thing that disappoints when you visit Hotel Sri Andal is the friendly staff. A lot of people find that the service is terrific. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Except the location the place is non existent in aspects of maintenance and service. Leaking AC, non responsive staff, itchy beds and doors that did not lock. Over all a very poor place to stay. Service: 1
