Extremely disappointed with the service at Hotel Sree Bhavan. I went for a simple takeaway—just two idlis. The food itself was nothing special, just average and forgettable. But the real issue was the attitude of the staff. When I asked politely for a bit of extra sambar, they gave it. But when I requested chutney, which is a basic part of an idli meal, the server outright refused. No reason, no explanation—just a straight "no." For a paid order, this kind of behavior is unacceptable. It's not about the chutney—it's about the way customers are treated. If a small request like this is denied with that attitude, I can’t imagine how they’d handle anything else. Definitely not going back. Poor service, average food, and zero sense of customer care.
