Disappointing Experience at Hotel Spicy Hut I recently visited Hotel Spicy Hut with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. 1. Service: The staff was unresponsive and lacked basic hospitality. We had to wait a long time before even being attended to. 2. Food Quality: The dishes served were not fresh, and the taste was below average. The menu options were also limited. 3. Cleanliness: The premises were not well-maintained. The dining area seemed unhygienic, which was a major disappointment. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place unless significant improvements are made in both service and food quality.
