We are people of there stayed at hotel South regency while our enroute to sabarimala for 6-12-2022 for only one night. Room service is available but it's waste to inform them.they have not attended as I informed them that tv was not working. No one has attended till morning. At the time of booking we we're informed that hotel restaurant will be available upto 10:30 but restraunt ppl just replied that "we are having too much privious orders" I thing they thaught that we not staying in their hotel. I was wondered that #MMT has given 4.0 out of 5.0 but according to me it should be 1.0 outof 5.0 .
