Very well built and managed hotel. Rooms are spacious. Staff is prompt and polite. All complaints, like intercom, AC remote, blanket replacement were addressed promptly.

Hotel Sourabh Nanded, it is the Worst place to stay for a family. Not recommended at all for stay. The local cab drivers in Nanded call it as Sourabh Bar. It is basically a bar restaurant in the front and a lodge (can't call it a Hotel) to stay at the back, which we can never come to know unless we actually visit it. Some feedback points below: 1. The Hotel Staff is rude and arrogant. 2. Bathrooms not clean, taps are broken, not hot water in bathroom, hotel staff just keep on lying that it is available whole day. 3. Breakfast/snacks options are very limited, tea and coffee is only available in the morning. 4. All the hotel staff is clueless on how to deal with guests they are just a group of boys brought together to run the daily activities with lots of chaos. 5. I regret so much that I booked this lodge under the name of hotel because I was with my family, and looking at good presentable photos on Make My Trip website and also the belief due to Make My Trip's good reputation, I had booked it and got fooled when we actually experienced the reality. 6. Make my trip should take it very seriously and should revoke their ties with Hotel Sourabh Nanded, which will badly hamper Make My Trip's reputation. Overall a Worst experience at Hotel Sourabh a.k.a Sourabh Lodge!! Service: 1
