I had a very disappointing experience at Sone Hotel. The food quality was poor, and the staff did not serve the items that were clearly discussed and promised in the platter. When asked, they were uncooperative and careless. Not satisfied at all — definitely not worth the price. They don't know how to make coustomer. Service: 1
