The overall aesthetic of the hotel is superb. The waiting area, the banquet hall, the dinning area and the parking all are comfortable, clean and top class. The rooms feel a little bit smaller, but they have all the necessary amenities like hot water, ac fan, tv. The indoor lighting felt a little lacking tho. The bed and sheet were clean, the room service was also quite great. No issues anywhere. The food was average tho, and considering the price, but the service was still superb. The staff and employees are very professional and talk politely. % recommend for people looking for a place to stay in Chindwara. Also the market is really close to the hotel, you can buy fruits, sweets or anything there. Service: 5

The hotel is ok but at this price other better options are also available. Here we need to ask for each necessary things which they should keep in the room. There is a big problem of drinking water for which we need to call several times. Also there is always a smell of smoking in the room. The process of getting wi-fi is difficult. Service: 2
