Your booking was made through a reference person, and our staff was informed that 4 guests would be arriving around 4:00 PM. However, the arrival actually happened at around 4:00 AM the next day (early morning). As per standard hospitality norms followed across most hotels, our check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early arrivals normally attract additional charges, but considering the reference given for your booking, we allowed early check-in purely as a goodwill gesture without charging extra. Further, the reservation was confirmed for 4 adults, but at arrival there were 6 adults and 3 children, including children above 6 years of age. Such changes in occupancy generally require tariff revision because room allocation, facilities, and services depend on accurate guest count. Still, we tried to accommodate your group without inconvenience. Later, you requested a late check-out till around 7:00 PM on the following day. As per standard hotel policy everywhere, this effectively counts as an additional day’s stay since the room remains blocked for extended hours. Our normal tariff is approximately ₹9,000 per day, meaning two days would normally total ₹18,000. However, considering the situation and reference, we charged only ₹9,000, which was already a concession from our side. Despite these adjustments, there were repeated arguments with our staff and some unpleasant remarks about the management. Our team always aims to maintain professionalism and respectful communication, and we expect the same courtesy in return. We would also like to gently remind all guests that when travelling for religious visits or any personal trip, honesty in booking details — including arrival time, number of guests, and stay duration — helps hotels serve better and avoids unnecessary misunderstandings for both sides.
