We visited Hotel Shivtara as a group of three friends and tried different dishes—Egg Curry, Chicken Thali, and Mutton Thali. • Egg Curry was flavorful and well-prepared. • Chicken and Mutton Thali had the same Tambda and Pandhara Rassa. Both were well-balanced in spice—not too mild, not too strong. • Bhakri and Roti were fresh and excellent. • Solkadi was disappointing and could be improved. Apart from the food, the owner, cook, and staff were very polite and passionate about their work, which made our experience even better. Overall, a good place for non-veg lovers, but not the best we’ve had. Worth a visit!
