I felt they are charging premium for below average service. People are literally serving roti in hand to last person in table which is disrespectful i think. And also they gave us bill even before we complete our food without asking us any more orders. Looks like no one is interested in work. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: ₹1,000–1,200

Unpleasant Experience Dining at Hotel Shivbhumiwas far from enjoyable. The food was mediocre, nothing special, but it was the service that really ruined our night. We felt ignored by the staff and had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for our food. When it finally arrived, it wasn’t served in individual dishes, which was quite inconvenient. The staff’s behavior was unacceptable, showing a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, when we raised our concerns with the owner, they were brushed off and not taken seriously.
