Unpleasant Experience Dining at Hotel Shivbhumiwas far from enjoyable. The food was mediocre, nothing special, but it was the service that really ruined our night. We felt ignored by the staff and had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for our food. When it finally arrived, it wasn’t served in individual dishes, which was quite inconvenient. The staff’s behavior was unacceptable, showing a lack of professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, when we raised our concerns with the owner, they were brushed off and not taken seriously. This place needs a complete overhaul in terms of service and customer care. I won’t be returning. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
