This restaurant is well known for offering Indian cuisine. A lot of people say that waiters serve nicely cooked chicken here. A number of visitors mention that the staff is well-trained at Hotel Shilpa Gavran. The exotic atmosphere will be really just what you need after a hard working day. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Food is okay okay...not too good average food, chinese items are good but i did't like their signature chicken thali dish (kala rassa chiken), service was too bad when i visit, atmosphere is gr8, food cost is above average. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+ Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Mutton Thali, Veg Fried Rice

Worst experience. I haven't sat in a restaurant but then also writing a review. I asked the smoke free zone to have dinner at reception for that girl at reception told me that she will try to accommodate me in the family section but the manager didn't agree and asked me to occupy the seat in the bar and smoke zone only. I even requested I just want to enjoy food then he did not listen to me and walked away ignoring me. So I left the restaurant without having food.. Service: Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited the establishment and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The staff appeared to lack proper customer service skills, which affected the overall interaction. The service was unsatisfactory, and there were noticeable delays in attention. Additionally, I found the hygiene standards to be inadequate, as the utensils provided were not clean. I ordered the chicken thali, priced at around 400 INR, and found the quality of the food to be mediocre. While the overall atmosphere was acceptable, I believe there are significant improvements needed in both service and food quality. Based on my experience, I would advise reconsidering this location, as it did not provide value for the money spent. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
