We recently spent two nights here, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by a terrible experience. The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night, and to our frustration, no one answered our calls to the service or reception desk. The next day, we were disappointed by the manager's response. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, they oddly blamed us for not reporting the issue earlier, despite the fact that there's no clear point of contact after 10 pm. While the staff were friendly and helpful except the front office’s person , the manager's behavior and attitude left a lot to be desired. It seemed like they didn't prioritize customer satisfaction or care about our experience. Based on our stay, we would caution others to be aware of these issues. If you do decide to stay here, be prepared for potential problems and don't expect a peaceful, hassle-free experience. Service: 1
