It’s quite impressive how two guests who were so disappointed still managed to spend the better part of their day enjoying our space, sharing laughs, and even finding time to mock our staff. It’s rare to see such dedication to discomfort. Regarding the pesto spaghetti—you mentioned it was inedible after just a few bites, yet curiously, nearly half was consumed. We immediately offered to remake the same dish to your taste, which you declined. Instead, a full refund or a brand new dish was demanded, which isn't standard practice at most restaurants (even those that charge ₹400–₹500 per dish, as you kindly pointed out). Still, we gave you a 20% discount on your overall bill—not because we agreed with your behavior, but because we hoped to end the situation gracefully. Sadly, it seems even generosity isn’t enough when the goal is less about food and more about fishing for freebies through online reviews. We’re proud to serve guests who value both good food and good manners. Regrettably, that wasn’t the case here. Wishing you the best in your future culinary adventures.
