I’m staying at Ramoji Film City Shantiniketan 507, and I must say the room service and all the staff are the best very humble and polite .Best stay ever with amazing service and employees.It feels so safe because of them they are available 24x7.Thanks to them for making me feel like home. 5 stars to them! Location for those who have work inside Film city is 7 star Superb, spacious rooms. Layout great. Discussion table, chairs, wardrobe all fine. Locker is to be given in room. Pay per day at reception isn't standard in hotels Excellent service Clean, neat. All complaints attended then and there Courteous, friendly employee. Value for customer. Owners have instilled employee behavior Food is great. Costly. Service: 5
