Faridkot doesn’t have much choice for good hotels for stay. Shahi Haveli was chosen as it was recommended among the available hotels in the City. The Suite, Super Dlx and Executive category rooms are quite basic with no extra amenities (fridge/ tea material etc) though neat and clean and one can stay in case of no other choice. Rooms are spacious. The Restaurant at first floor is well maintained and serves delicious food with excellent service. The cleanliness at the hotel is lacking; lift was out of order; half broken TV remotes; faulty TV set; all point out that hotel seriously lacks good day to day management and housekeeping. The hotel serves Stuffed Tawa parantha with curd n tea in complementary breakfast. Despite all, the staff were very friendly, cooperative and eager to serve you. Management needs to maintain the property professionally.
