As a repeated customer of Hotel Shahi Darbar, I can confidently say that the quality of food — especially their Haleem — is consistently excellent. It’s one of the few places where the taste has remained authentic over time, and it continues to be a highlight of their menu. That said, the overall experience has gone down compared to how it used to be earlier. The restaurant once had a great atmosphere, but now it seriously needs attention — cleanliness has taken a hit, and the general upkeep is lacking. Tables aren't always clean, the ambience feels dull, and the surroundings don't quite match the quality of the food being served. The service is just okay, but it lacks warmth. One major issue is that customer attention seems inconsistent. Whether someone is placing a big order or a small one, every customer deserves equal respect and care. Sadly, that balance seems to be missing these days. In summary, Hotel Shahi Darbar still serves delicious food, with Haleem being their star dish, but if they focus more on cleanliness, atmosphere, and consistent customer service, it can easily regain the reputation it once had. With a few changes, it can return to being a truly great dining spot. I eat food here I feel digestive problem poor service and also atmosphere also not well while am went power gone for 20 mints i eat food in dark room without air conditioning so I feel not well Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1,400–1,600 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

My opinion on Shahi Darbaar is simple and clear. The price is high comparison of other Family restaurant. I had visited and staff is not responding even after sitting on table for an half an hour.. and for drinking water they didn't kept disposable glass.. just they provide only bottle how can we drink with direct water bottle. And family side sitting is very darkish rooms no AC they only play wall mounted fans.

Final conclusion :- Totally expensive and not properly maintained.
