The owner and the staff is so horrible and mannerless, and I have No etiquettes of talking, I had a payment issue and my money was already debited twice from my account, and I was still standing there to pay by another payment method, but the owner of the restaurant has no manners or language to talk to their customers and I wouldn’t ever recommend to step foot in their restaurant

Wonder how can anybody give this restaurant 4.1. either they have given money to get such rating or what. A restaurant which caters more than 100 tables , banquet and so many different sections for food dinners totally neglects ladies bathroom. They are horrible and horrifying. I Wonder how other ladies manages to go there and pee. Toilets seats broken and ppl peeing all over the floors. Pathetic and unhygienic place. Wash basins always dirty no tissue papers nothing. Lately this place was completely renovated in a very short span of 3 to 4 months. But the ladies toilets and washbasin are same. Such a shame on them. One of the most disturbing scenes is seeing birds caged and are awake whole night . Wherein birds sleep by dawn. And it’s so loud and torturing for the birds. Are we here to trouble these free birds. Why to cage them. Sad but true a big restaurant with poor state of work .
