I went to the hotel and booked my room. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Checking into the room was an easy and smooth process, thanks to the staff. The room is air-conditioned, and the size is moderate. The room had a double bed cot with a comfy bed and neat bedsheets. The bathroom was below average and needs an upgrade. The accommodation price is a bit on the expensive side. Overall, it was a positive experience staying at Hotel Sathguru Grand. Service: 5
