I recently visited Saravana Bhavan in Kattappana and was pleased to find that their masala dosa lived up to my expectations. Their coffee was also impressive. However, I felt that their chutney and sambar didn't quite match the signature taste l've come to love from this chain. One area for improvement is customer service. Despite being a busy outlet, the reception staff seemed overwhelmed, focusing more on their tasks than attending to customers. Hygienic and affordable place for South Indian vegetarian dishes. The cashier and some staff don't even have a smile on their face, that's why I refuse to be their regular visitor. The general service and courtesy is good though, like once they replaced a chappathi misplacing in no time. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

The food was delicious, and the price was reasonable. We ordered full meals, and there were a variety of dishes. We thought the price was too high, but it was actually low. We are so happy after two days of eating delicious Tamilnadu food. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
