WORST. We ordered for south indian food. None of the items were hot. We felt that the 'residuals' of lunch were served for dinner. Hand wash area is not good. It is not even floor. Some mats appeared to have been put. It couldn't be clearly seen because of insufficient lights. No facility for online payment gpay, paytm. Only cash option. We expressed our anguish with the person on the reception counter. He didn't express. He was very cool and calm. This experience is too much contrary to the facts we know about Saravana. We didn't expect such a low standard. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst hotel i never seen while eating I found cockroach in my plate and and my father pate i informed they going to change the plate we paid the bill for also they didn't tel sorry also for that.... Worst service....they spoil saravana bhavan name..
