When I asked for meals, the server rudely dismissed my request, saying that meals were over. Shockingly, another customer was served meals (mini meals) shortly afterward. This kind of biased and careless attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable. Despite being a paying customer, my order was not even listened to, and I was forced to settle for chapati and roti. Such unprofessional service does not just inconvenience customers—it damages the reputation of the Saravana Bhavan brand itself. A restaurant that has built its name on quality and fairness cannot afford to have staff who treat customers in such a disrespectful and discriminatory manner. I demand that strict action be taken against the staff responsible at the Mount Road branch, and that proper training and supervision be enforced immediately. If such issues continue, loyal customers like me will be left with no choice but to stop recommending Saravana Bhavan and share these negative experiences publicly.
