Rooms are very compact — though the interiors look nice, the beds are so small that at 5’11” I couldn’t even sleep straight. There is no proper parking; vehicles have to be parked on the roadside. Outside food is not allowed, and the restaurant was quite expensive with average food quality. We tried Indian, Chinese, and Italian dishes — none stood out. Breakfast was also disappointing with very limited options and hardly any seating; we even had to stand/wait or share tables with others. The front office staff were also quite arrogant. When I pointed out that the room wasn’t cleaned properly (tables not even mopped), they denied it instead of accepting the mistake. Overall, it feels like the photos online are very cleverly taken to make the place look bigger and better than it is. At ₹5,000 per night, it’s definitely not worth it. Maybe under ₹3,000 it could be considered okay. Decent place, but not value for money. Service: 2

Worst experience at the time of welcome to Hotel... We have booked a family room for two days. 50% advance is already paid. Still they refused to give a room.key !! As a reputed family felt so bad & insulting. So mannerless & rude behavior.They are just following their rude policy. No curtsy for guest as we came after traveling 15 hours journey. We requested to pay after getting fresh..but the hotel staff and surprisingly the manager is not at all cooperative. Not recommended at all Any rule must not be too regid. Humanity & politeness judge your personality as you are in hospitality business. Service: 3

Please note: - Check-in time at Sarang Palace is 1:00 p.m., standard in Jaipur hotels ️. - On fully booked days like big weekends, early check-in at 6:00 a.m. isn't possible ‍. - Guests arriving after long journeys can: - Store bags in baggage room - Rest in common area or enjoy refreshments/buffet - Explore Jaipur for sightseeing - Some guests book one room a day prior for comfort in such situations . We feel your expectations weren't aligned with hotel operations when fully booked. Even after a 15-hour travel, check-in at 6:00 a.m. isn't feasible if the hotel's sold out . We face similar situations traveling in India/abroad . We look forward to welcoming you again

This review is based on our recent 3 night stay at the hotel. Overall ambiance of the room was good. However, there was lack of basic hospitality in terms of drinking bislery water, basic toiletries, lack of hooks & hangers, limited ventilation and absence of complimentary services with strict rules for each and every thing. Not worthy for a premium room rent of more than 3k per night. Service: 2
