WORST FO STAFF! The rooms were okay but the staff is disgusting. The front office team, very unwelcoming. Felt like a shady property more than a luxurious one. Lacks basic hospitality. They literally charge more than double for every other thing and do not even allow us to arrange that thing for us on our own if we get a better price. I paid them extra money to decorate the room and they literally just left 30-40 pieces of balloon in the room for 1300rs and when I asked them to let me get the room decorated from an outside vendor they refused. I asked them I will pay extra even when I am getting the decorations done from outside, also they can charge extra even for cleaning but they refused by saying this isn’t allowed in the property. They even don’t have proper means for room decorations, not even a happy birthday banner. Neither did they let me arrange anything from outside nor did they decorated anything on their own instead of those overpriced balloons. Even at the time of checkout they charged extra money.

First thing i want to mention that receptionist was writing the review by himself at the time of checkout by take my husband's mobile... We stayed one night here and we notice that basic washroom amenities like towel holder hook was not there, towels were not clean, even handwash was not there.. They don't offers welcome drinks.. Room was small as per the price and also not luxury as they pretend.. also No ventilation in room Rooms cleanliness was good We didn't try food but tea was pathetic as per they charged But i must say other staff was very polite, welcoming and sweet... 1 star for them specially Service: 4
