We stayed at Hotel Saptagiri for 12 days, and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had in a hotel. First, we faced a robbery during our stay. The response from the hotel was completely careless—no proper investigation, no access to CCTV, and no attempt to help us feel secure afterward. The lack of basic safety measures made the rest of our stay extremely uncomfortable. Second, the hotel was filthy and unhygienic. Rooms were poorly cleaned, bedsheets and towels were not replaced, and the bathroom conditions were disgusting. And to make things worse, we were charged twice for the same food orders—with no revised bill provided, even after we pointed it out. The staff was unresponsive and made no effort to resolve the billing errors. Staying here for 12 days was mentally exhausting. There was no professionalism, no cleanliness, and no sense of responsibility. This hotel is unsafe, dishonest, and completely mismanaged. Avoid Hotel Saptagiri at all costs.
