Degust perfectly cooked fried chicken, chicken biryani and fish curry at this restaurant. It's a pleasant experience to try good falooda. Among the drinks, there is delicious juice.
The nice staff welcomes visitors all year round. The spectacular service is a big advantage of Hotel Sapphire. Democratic prices are what you are to pay for your meal. The ambiance is exotic, as people find it. But this place is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

I guess they are overrated. I visited this hotel recently knowing that they provide good biriyani. Their food is good but for the price we are paying its not that worth. Also they denied to provide half biriyani. We don't know why don't they provide half biriyani. They should improve their customer service. Service: 1

I visited Hotel Sapphire yesterday for a meal and found that they only serve non-vegetarian food—no vegetarian options available. I had the chicken biryani and lime soda, which tasted good, but the pricing felt too costly. They charged ₹240 in total, with ₹40 just for lime soda, which is usually ₹20 outside. Overall, the food was nice, but the hotel is on the expensive side.

Service was very disappoint, the shop was obviously crowded and it was difficult to find a seat but I was asked to move because I was alone. I could not try the food so I am not commenting about it.
