I don’t usually write reviews, but the paneer masala at Sankalp Hotel was honestly a disaster. I had high hopes, but what I got was a tasteless, greasy mess. The paneer was chewy and clearly not fresh—it felt like it had been sitting around for hours. The gravy? Thin, oily, and completely lacking in flavor. No spice, no aroma, just a weird tomato-like base that didn’t even taste cooked properly. For a place that claims to serve quality food, this was beyond disappointing. Definitely not worth the price.
