We had attended a function at kitchen age on last Saturday evening. At time of deal of function there was no intimation given by the host about Jain guests to the Kitchen age as they were not aware that in professional function jain guests are going to attend. Out of 175 people there were 2 jain people. They requested for ‘no onion no garlic food’ but the manager denied to serve the same and told that this should be pre-informed. Manager was happy to let the guest go hungry but not arranged from the Kitchen. Worst ever approach of customer satisfaction. Guests went without having food from the function. Must visit Special’s restro & cafe or Food resort for better customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
