Vegetarian cuisine is famous around the world and guests advise you to taste it at this restaurant. Delicious tea or good coffee are worth a try here. The cute staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Spectacular service is something visitors agree upon here. High prices are not suitable for this Hotel Sangam. But this place has got Google 4 according to the guests' opinions.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Unprofessional Conduct and Price Discrepancy Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a very unpleasant experience at your hotel last night. I intended to stay for approximately 8 hours. On the online booking platform, the room tariff was displayed as ₹1,050. However, when I arrived at the hotel without a prior booking, the security staff informed me that the room was not available at that price and quoted an inflated rate of ₹2,300. Additionally, the receptionist was asleep at the counter. I stood waiting for nearly 10 minutes without receiving any response or assistance. Eventually, the security staff informed me that no rooms were available, which was both confusing and frustrating given the lack of proper confirmation from the reception desk. This experience reflects extremely poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and misleading pricing. I request that you look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I hope to receive a response regarding this issue.

We had our breakfast and it was very tasty and good. Service was very good. Being a very good hotel Sangam is our regular place for our breakfast.
