Do not trust Samrat Sweets. They make big promises but deliver something completely different — and when you try to confront them, they give you excuses or just stop responding. We were assured of specific items and quality, but what we received was nowhere close to what was committed. It felt like we were tricked. Their word means nothing. The worst part? They expect full payment upfront and then fall short on everything they promised. Save yourself the headache — avoid Samrat Sweets at all costs. Total disappointment.
