Once the promenade around the Gadhan Thekchhokling Gompa Monastery is over, visit Hotel Samrat. Chinese cuisine can be tasted here. It's easy to find Hotel Samrat due to the convenient location. A lot of reviewers highlight that the staff is well-trained at this place. Many visitors think that the service is prompt. But this spot is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

My experience with Samrat hotel is not good. Room service is very poor. Behaviour of hotel staff is very non cooperative. I feel that hotel is running by the servent only. They have no accountability for their customers. One Restrorent is also running by the hotel. Cost of food items were very high and quality was substandard. Against the complaint of quality they have no accurate answer & they reply very rudely. I can not advise others to stay in Samrat Hotel, Mall road ,Manali. Service: 2

Went there for food Delicious food was served Very nice and hot straight out of the pan. Would definitely recommend others to eat here The food quality is very good There is ample of parking space too. The staff is very humble and polite Service: 5

One of the worst experiences ever. Bed sheets are very dirty. They don't even change the bed sheets after guest leaves. Very very unhygienic. Don't ever come to this place. Utmost worst decision ever in my life to choose this hotel. Service: 1
