Extremely disappointed with my experience at Hotel Samrat, Indore. The owner’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional, and the staff service was equally poor. Even the food we ordered was below average. They claim it’s a “family restaurant,” but people around were openly drinking alcohol and creating a nuisance, making it very uncomfortable for families. I had organized a program there, and the entire event was completely ruined because of their mismanagement. Would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent and family-friendly environment. Service: 1
