Worst Hotel Experience ever... I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Samrat in Indore, and it was hands-down the worst hotel experience of my life. From the moment I arrived, everything seemed to go wrong. Dirty Room The room was a nightmare. The bed was unmade, with stained sheets and a lingering smell of sweat. The bathroom was filthy, with hair and soap scum in the shower and broken tiles. I didn't even want to touch the toilet. Poor Service The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me. There were no toiletries (toothpaste) When I complained about the room, they shrugged it off and told me it was "all they had available." When I asked for extra towels, it took them over an hour to bring them. Management The hotel manager is very arrogant and rude and only left to make matters worse. Overpriced and Under delivering Considering the horrible experience, I felt ripped off by the exorbitant price. The hotel promised luxury when checked online, but delivered nothing but disappointment and frustration. Conclusion Overall, my stay at Hotel Samrat was a disaster. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. If you value your sanity and your wallet, stay far, far away from this dump. Your well wisher.
