I ordered butter chicken parcel. The cashier said it'll take only 10mins but I have to wait for almost 1 and half hours and I got fed up and asked cashier thrice in between these time and keep saying 5min more and more. Finally I lost my temper and shouted. The service is very bad and the Staff doesn't have any good communication in between them. They don't even know who took the order. Inside the hotel they don't have proper hygiene and filled with dirty flies. Finally I got my order. The dish is not that good and the meat quality is too poor. I won't recommend this hotel to anybody Thankyou! Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hotel Salwa is a simple hotel , opposite to the bus stand at thoppumpady fort Cochin. Food is not very expensive,very reasonably priced .I took a biriyani and a sulimani to top it up. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Recommended dishes: Beef Bliyane Dietary restrictions: No dietary restions at all except pork items. Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Kid-friendliness: They were very considerate and service is rather friendly.
