Many people highlight that the staff is cool here. Visitors say that the service is good here. According to the guests' opinions, prices are low. You will certainly appreciate the homey ambiance. Date of Visit: 28th December 2025 We visited this hotel as a family of 10, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. It took more than 1.5 hours just to receive our main order, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, an extra order was never served even after lunch hours were over. When we requested the staff to cancel that order, they refused at first and were very uncooperative. The behavior of the waiters was rude and unprofessional throughout. One of the waiters even said that he didn’t know whether our order was placed or not, which shows a complete lack of coordination and responsibility. Overall, this was not a good experience at all. Poor service, long waiting time, and disrespectful staff made this visit very unpleasant. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families or large groups.

Absolutely Pathetic – Worst Dining Experience Ever Hotel Saiba is hands down one of the worst places I’ve ever stopped to eat. What was supposed to be a quick lunch turned into a complete nightmare. We waited over 10 minutes just for someone to acknowledge us and take our order. After that, the food arrived randomly and in parts, like there was no system or coordination at all. We ordered chicken sweet corn soup and were served a veg version instead—and it was disgusting. Overly sweet, syrupy, and completely tasteless. The chicken lollipops were horrible, poorly cooked, and not even remotely enjoyable. We also ordered dal fry and steam rice, which never arrived, despite waiting more than 45 minutes. When asked, the staff casually responded with “I’ve asked” and walked away. No apology. No urgency. Nothing. Even the lemon soda, probably the easiest thing to make, never came. At that point, it felt like they simply didn’t care. To top it all off, the prices are ridiculously high for the kind of food and service they provide. Overpriced, disorganized, and completely incompetent. Poor food, terrible service, outrageous pricing, and zero accountability. Avoid this place at all costs.
