Have booked Temple Tree holte(18 to 20th march via MMT)based my earlier experience however this time its not a pleasing one. Rooms are not neat( for the price pid)and when asked for rom change they denied(stating that they have only 1 junior aute room). Room service also needs improvement. I had to call MMT customer care to get the rooms cleaned up. MMT customer service also mentioned that front desk do not have authority to change room( they have rooms empty or available). Not sure who can authorize, they should have mentioned the same when i asked for room change rather than saying no rooms available. The positives would like to mention Is about food and pickup/drop service . Rooms: 3 Service: 3 Location: 5
