The waiters were not sure whether to serve the thali or not, so one of them refused. After we paid the bill, others ordered the thali and were served. When I asked about it, they gave a ridiculous excuse saying, “Sir, it was rush hour at that time.”. Worst service ever — the bulky waiter assigned to our table kept staying in the kitchen, whether our order was placed or not. The person who stands at the counter - A fair guy with a tilak seems not intrested whenever you ask or share your feedback,. My family had a pathetic experience. Sai Dwarkesh Kathiyawadi Dhaba was a last-minute find for us after our usual spot closed down. Though the kitchen was about to close, they quickly took our order. The food was decent but nothing extraordinary. It’s worth a one-time visit if you’re in the area, but not a place I’d return to regularly. Good for a quick meal in a pinch!
