Very bad experience at Hotel Sai Bawal. 1- The room was dirty, with stains on the sheets and a dusty floor. I had to ask for a cleaning twice before they sent someone. 2- The bathroom was disgusting, with mold in the corners and a clogged drain. 3-The mattress was so hard I woke up with back pain in morning 4-The hotel is in an unsafe area, and we didn’t feel comfortable walking around at night. 5-I paid way too much for what I got. The room was tiny, outdated, and had no amenities. 6- The Wi-Fi didn’t work throughout our stay, despite being told it was included. Service: 1
