The customer service was very poor. I paid the bill and still had to wait for more than an hour. The food was delayed and they didn’t even provide water on the table. Overall, not satisfied.

I am from Ahmedabad Gujarat I visit Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu . Hotel Sai Balaa have Authentic south indian dish, mushroom biryani Very taste. Reasonable price. Service fantastic.Pure vegetarian restaurant
