Being a Goan myself, I have tried several restaurants in the Panjim area, and I must say this is one of the best places to experience the real taste of Goan food. Unlike most of the beachside restaurants that claim to offer authentic Goan dishes but often serve mediocre food, Sai Family Restaurant truly stands out. The flavors, the spices, and the overall preparation are just perfectly Goan — exactly how it should taste! The prices are very affordable, and the ambiance is quite pleasant, making it a great place for family gatherings or casual hangouts. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. The only downside is the limited parking space. They can accommodate around 7 cars, and on weekends, it can be challenging to find parking. However, the delicious food and overall experience definitely make up for this minor inconvenience. If you’re in Panjim and craving some authentic Goan cuisine, I would highly recommend visiting Sai Family Restaurant and Bar. It’s definitely worth a visit!
