Worst restaurant experience I’ve had. From the outside, the ambience looked clean and inviting, but the reality was completely different. We ordered meals, and the plate I received had a banana leaf — when I lifted it, the plate underneath was full of dirt. I had to request a new plate, which itself is unacceptable in a place that serves food. The food quality was also very poor. We informed the person at the counter, but he simply stayed silent and showed no concern or responsibility. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Definitely not recommended. The place was quite chaotic. We ordered masala dosa and waited for about 15 minutes, only for another staff member to come and tell us that masala dosa was over and only poori was available. With no other choice, we ordered poori. While taking the second order, the staff started arguing with the first person who took our order, in the local language we couldn’t understand. After another 15 minutes, both poori and masala dosa arrived, leaving us confused. The food was average, but the ginger tea was excellent. However, the lack of coordination and overall chaos was a bit disappointing. The restaurant is in a prime location with plenty of parking space, which is a plus.
